I have been an HMI customer for more than 20 years. During that time I have always been confident that the repairs and maintenance done to my cars were done efficiently, with expert mechanics using the best parts. My wife and I put on a lot of miles and when we are making a trip I am sure that my vehicle has been given the very best treatment and that it would get us there and back safely. A few years ago I swapped my car with my son. He drove it for two years and then sold it. The buyer called me to say that he had never seen such a comprehensive record of a vehicles maintenance.
