Thank you so much for the 10/21/21 work your shop did on my exhaust problems. So many shops today only want to remove and replace parts. I didn't know of your company but after several estimates, I learned of your expertise in custom exhaust work. I'm sure you saved me money by doing what other shops cannot. Your exhaust pro fixed the problem areas in under 2 hours and only $37. in parts. The entire customer experience was impressive and I've recommended HMI to all my friends.

To the two men that saved our day - 3 families from Florida got stranded on I80 trying to get to the airport. We googled the nearest Avis and barely got there as there were wires sticking out of our tires. These two men were more than ready and willing to help us! They got us in and out as quickly as possible so we can make our flight. You two men were the nicest, most helpful, and honest people. People like you are very rare- our families thank you so much for your service, your patience, and your willingness to help us.

Left my comments on Google but will gladly do so again here.... Today I will be having my oil changed, a wheel stud repaired and a downpipe installed on my truck. Yes, today, (in a few hours) and even before the great technicians at HMI start their work, I'm rating it a 5.... HMI is just that kind of place to give its customers that level of confidence. I've been going to HMI for many years and every job, whether on my VW, my truck or several passenger cars I have had over the years, the work is always excellent, the people always very professional and the pricing always fair!

This place is great if you ever need custom exhaust work. I have brought multiple projects here with Audrey requests and they are able to for fill them. They are one of the only shops in the area that has a pipe bender and are able to do custom bends on exhaust systems.

Today I took my 1941 Cadillac in for a new tailpipe I was getting fumes in the car prior to this repair. Being the vintage of this car, Vaughn, The artist with the pipe bender brought me into the shop to review everything with me before he made the pipe.

I was amazed as he was able to bend the pipe along with frame and come out to the factory exit location. I had scheduled my appointment before hand and they were able to accommodate this repair with my busy schedule and had it done in less than an hour! They were able to save me hundreds of dollars with this job as opposed to buying a restoration exhaust system for it, and it looks better than factory!
