I was referred to HMI after a very negative experience with another mechanic. I wish I'd gone here earlier. All of the staff are pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person, their prices are competitive, and the service quality is fantastic. For the first time in many years, I feel confident when I leave that everything has been done thoroughly and professionally.

Left my comments on Google but will gladly do so again here.... Today I will be having my oil changed, a wheel stud repaired and a downpipe installed on my truck. Yes, today, (in a few hours) and even before the great technicians at HMI start their work, I'm rating it a 5.... HMI is just that kind of place to give its customers that level of confidence. I've been going to HMI for many years and every job, whether on my VW, my truck or several passenger cars I have had over the years, the work is always excellent, the people always very professional and the pricing always fair!
